All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail within two working days of payment clearing. Items should arrive two days after dispatch (UK) and 5 to 7 business days overseas, but please allow more time because of the Covid19 situation, if there are severe weather problems or public holidays. If you require your item urgently please contact me as I may be able to dispatch the item sooner.
Please allow at least 7 days for a commission painting to be completed. This will allow time for the painting to be created and for the several coats of varnish to be applied.
All items will be shipped to the address given on the PayPal receipt. Please ensure that PayPal has the correct address. Items returned through non-delivery will incur a re-delivery charge.
All items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. This is to prove that the item has been sent and so that the items can be tracked (UK only). If you wish to have Special Delivery, please email me (address is on the contact page). Special Delivery ensures that items are delivered the following day and that the contents are insured. However, please note that payment must be cleared before items can be sent. If special delivery is your preferred method, I will email you when I send the item, so that you can expect to receive it the following day.
All items are shipped from the UK. All transactions are subject to UK law. International delivery can take around 5 to 7 business days, depending on the country in which the item is being sent to. However please allow for delays due to Covid19. Customers from Europe may also experience delays due to new legislation as a result of Brexit. Buyers are responsible for any import/sales taxes/VAT payable. Please check the current laws in your country before purchase.
Some countries do not permit the import of wood. Please check the custom laws in your country before purchase.
Non-delivery of Items: Unexpected non-delivery of items should be reported within 28 days, so that enquiries can be made with Royal Mail and international delivery services. Refunds/Exchanges: Please note that there may be slight differences in colour due to settings on the computer. Also, the items in the pictures are not actual size. I give the measurements of each item in the description and describe the items as accurately as possible.
It is important to me that you are satisfied with your item/s. I will do my best to resolve any problem that occurs concerning any returns or refunds. If you are dissatisfied with an item you have bought from this site and you wish to return it, please email me within 7 days for a return authorization. I will refund your purchase price, less return postage, when I receive the item in original condition. The item should be returned within 14 days with the original packaging.
Please note that postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach myself, therefore please ensure the item is suitably packaged and please use a secure service (Recorded/Special delivery). Please include your name, address, contact number/email address and the item number with returned item.
